Memberships App Settings
Some settings available when working in Membership Types can be configured under the Memberships App > Setup.
These settings include:

Membership Status: Create a list of membership status options, such as "Active," "Inactive," etc. When creating a new Membership Type product, staff will have the ability to tell the system to assign a certain status to members who become active or inactive.
Tip: This field is essentially a label for reference purposes. Manually editing a member's Membership Status field does not activate or deactivate their membership.

Terminate Reason: Create a list of reasons for which a customer's membership may be terminated. The option to choose a Terminate Reason appears when running the Membership Mass Drop process or when dropping a single member's membership. See also, Dropping Memberships.
